24/02383/LB4 - Sunderland Empire Theatre, High Street West Sunderland SR1 3EX. ATG Entertainment Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Replacement of existing fire alarm system, including the installation of new ceiling mounted devices in the building's auditorium area. This relates to Grade II* Listed Building which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest and relates to development on land/buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
24/02444/VAR - Southern Radial Route Sunderland. Persimmon Homes (Durham) is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Variation of condition 1 of planning application 24/01586/VAR to amend approved Harley, Strand and Mayfair house types and elevations to plots 171, 172, 173, 177-179, 189, 190, 192, 212, 214, 215, 271, 287, 289, 309, 311-313, 331, 333, 336-345, 348-353, 355, 356 and 362-365.
24/01332/LBC - 19 Frederick Street Sunderland SR1 1LT. Mr Steven Robson is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of velux roof lights to front, dormer window to rear and internal alterations to create flats in the basement, first floor and loft area. This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/02437/LP3 -Bridge House Bridge Street Sunderland. Sunderland City Council is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Demolition of existing building to facilitate future development. Existing substation roof and wall to be made good following the demolition works.
The proposal affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest and the setting of Old Sunderland Riverside conservation area.
The above application also relates to development intended to be carried out by the City of Sunderland Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility.
