2024/2979 Roydon, By the Potash, Potash Lane – Installation of casement windows to replace all existing Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2024/3308 Barnham Broom, Land North Of Cotton Road – Installation of ground-mounted solar array and associated works Reason(s): Major Development.
2024/3486 Scole, Orchard Cottage, Kiln Lane – Replacement fence – from 1.2m high to 2m high x 15m long close board fencing Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2024/3462 Wymondham, Town Green Properties, 3 Town Green – Replacement of rainwater goods Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

All comments must be received within 21 days of this notice date (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent via the website or emailed to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection. Should an appeal be made against a refusal of permission, any representations made will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
