TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015, NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13, PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2024/3500 Hellesdon, Norwich Golf Club, Drayton High Road – Reserved Matters application for appearance, scale, landscaping, and layout following Outline Planning Permission 20151770, as amended by S73 Permission 20171574 (for up to 1000 dwellings, of Phase 5 and comprising 37 dwellings and associated works including public open space, landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks (20181863 approved)).

Reason(s): Major development.

2024/3412 Buxton With Lamas, Owls Barn, Stumpy Lane – Demolition of existing dwelling & outbuildings & erection of a replacement dwelling.

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

2024/3510 Hellesdon, Persimmon Builders Compound, Drayton High Road – Reserved Matters for appearance, scale, landscaping and layout following Outline Planning Permission 20151770, as amended by S73 Permission 20171574 (for up to 1000 dwellings, of Phase 4 comprising 87 dwellings and associated works including car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks (20181863 approved)).

Reason(s): Major development.

2024/3509 Haveringland, Land at Haveringland Hall Park, Haveringland Hall Park – Restoration/repair of moss-lined ice-house and residential caravan park.

Reason(s): Major development, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2024/3505 Coltishall, Heydon House, 88 Station Road – Rear extension to facilitate outdoor kitchen with terrace above and external staircase.

Reason(s): Listed building and/or curtilage.

2024/3511 Hellesdon, Persimmon Builders Compound, Drayton High Road – Variation of condition 4 of 20181863 – amended street masterplan RMG-MP01 Revision E to reflect changes to the remaining phases with availability of works.

Reason(s): Major development, (Variation to the Section 106 Agreement).

2024/3510 Hellesdon, Persimmon Builders Compound, Drayton High Road – Reserved Matters for the approval of appearance, scale, landscaping, and layout following Outline Planning Permission 20151770 as amended by S73 Permission 20171574 for up to 1000 dwellings, of Phase 4 comprising 87 dwellings and associated works including car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and earthworks. (Approved under LPA reference 20181863.)

Reason(s): Major development.

2024/2996 Thorpe St Andrew, 1 Park House, Saint Andrews Park – Replacement back door and windows. Damage bricks to be replaced where necessary.

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
