Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at LAND EAST OF DUNBAR GARDEN CENTRE, SPOTT ROAD, DUNBAR

Proposed erection of retail development (Class 1A) consisting of 3 retail stores (and garden centre), parking, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure/engineering works There will be a public exhibition (drop in event) of the proposal (including feedback on comments received) on Monday 16 December 2024 between 12noon and 7pm at The Hallhill Centre, Kellie Road, Dunbar, EH42 1RF.
