What is planned?

PRE- APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT PROPOSED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - DRUMPARK FARM, BARGEDDIE

Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 7(2)(b)) Pre-Application Public Event: Proposed Residential Development North Lanarkshire Council Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) ref. 24/01188/PAN residential-led development, open space/community space and play area, landscaping, access and associated works. Miller Homes and The Tinto Family are holding a Public Consultation Event for the above proposal. This will take place on 12th December 2024 between 3.30pm and 7pm at: ST KEVIN'S PARISH HALL MAINHILL ROAD BARGEDDIE, GLASGOW, G69 7SS.

Further details and information relating to the proposals will be available at the event where representatives from the applicant team will be present. Those wishing to make comments on the proposals may do so at the above event and/or by email or in writing to the address below no later than 9th January 2025. A second event will be held and details of this will be advertised in due course.

Anyone without internet access can call the telephone number provided to ask questions or seek information on the proposal. Please note that written representations must be sent to the address below and not to North Lanarkshire Council. An opportunity to make representations to

the Council will be available when a formal planning application is made.
