What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

24/1591/FH - FLAT 11, 3 TRINITY CRESCENT, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2ES - Retrospective application for the replacement of a fixed glazed roof light with an extension to dormer window to create a double dormer window on the side/north elevation.

24/1762/FH - GROUND FLOOR BUSINESS PREMISES, 133 SANDGATE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2BL - Change of use from Use Class E (commercial, business & service) to Sui Generis (drinking establishment).

24/1769/FH - 5-6 SHAKESPEARE TERRACE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2DX - Change of use from hotel to a to sui generis house in multiple occupation (HMO) with 17 rooms for up to 19 persons.

24/1806/FH - BROAD STREET HOUSE, BROAD STREET, LYMINGE, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8DZ - Variation of Condition 2 (drawings) of planning permission 22/0041/FH,  to allow for a reduced size of the amenity building.

24/1840/FH - 22 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5AT - Removal/Variation of condition 3 (joinery details) of planning permission 23/0271/FH to retain existing windows, replacing one cracked pane of glass and redecorating inside and outside

24/1841/FH - 22 HIGH STREET, HYTHE, CT21 5AT - Variation of condition 5 (construction details) of planning permission 23/0271/FH to only request details for the floor treatment, and omit the parts relating to thermal upgrade.

24/1871/FH - Flat 5, 11 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EL - Listed Building Consent for replacement of existing balustrade.

24/1870/FH - Flat 5, 11 Clifton Crescent, Folkestone, CT20 2EL - Listed Building Consent for existing double glazed uPVC windows to be replaced and existing uPVC double doors to be replaced.

24/1872/FH - FARTHINGSOLE FARM, ELHAM PARK, STELLING MINNIS, CT4 6BG - Listed Building Consent to rebuild a section of garden wall.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
