NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AND UNDER THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
KCC/TW/0174/2024 – Proposed development at Speldhurst Primary School, Langton Road, Speldhurst, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 0NP.
Speldhurst CEP School is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for the Erection of a wooden shelter for use by Forest School classes.
The proposed development is within the Speldhurst Conservation Area and is likely to affect its character and/or appearance and could affect the setting of a listed buildings.
