Proposed development at: Land Adjacent Furzehill Burnt Oak Sidbury
I give notice that Sidbury LVA LLP is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-
Application Number: 24/2434/MOUT
Outline planning application for the erection of up to 43 residential dwellings, with associated access, landscaping and open space, as well as the provision of the second phase of the Sidford to Sidbury multi-use path (all matters reserved save for access)
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
