Pre-Application Consultation by Hercules Unit Trust
"Erection of retail and leisure development with associated works and public realm improvements" at Block 10 (Units A, B and C), Provan Walk, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre, Glasgow, G34 9DL.
A first public consultation event will be held at Tinderbox, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre, 451
Provan Walk, Glasgow, G34 9DY on Wednesday 11th December, between 2pm and 7pm where you can view the proposals, and the development team will be available to answer any questions. Consultation boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website - (https://www.glasgowfort.com/news/public-consultation) on the day of the consultation.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 24th December. Comments can be made to the Applicant at the public event, through the website or submitted via the above contact details.
Further public consultation will be held and advertised in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021
Please note that comments made at the event, or through the above, are to The Hercules Unit Trust as the Applicant and are not representations to the planning authority. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the planning authority when an application for planning permission is submitted.
