Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building
Application reference: PL/2024/0002269/RVC Site address: Land at Oak House, Heyford Close. Proposed development: Extensions to increase the production area and new building to secure plant storage. (Variation of condition 2 – to amend the design and the external appearance imposed on planning application FUL/2022/1942 granted 24/01/2024). Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development
Application reference: PL/2024/0002328/FUL Site address: Benedictine Court, Priory Place. Proposed development: Replacement of timber cladding and decking with timber effect cladding. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Application reference: PL/2024/0002310/HHA Site address: 7 Leighton Close. Proposed development: Increase in roof height to create second floor and three storey and single storey extensions to rear. Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area
Application reference: PL/2024/0001921/RVC Site address: Land off Abbotts Lane and Upper Hill Street. Proposed development: Variation of condition No. 5 (approved drawings) imposed on planning permission reference OUT/2021/3576 granted on 16/10/2023. Reason: The proposal is classified as a major development.
