What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which
require publication.

TWC/2024/0865 – Admaston Farm, Bratton Road, Admaston – Erection of
a single storey extension, replacement of existing conservatory, widening of
existing access and driveway including part removal of existing wall and
rebuilding, replacement of 4no. windows, repairs to timber frame members,
installation of 4no. roll top clay chimney pots, installation of 1no. flue pipe,
repainting of exterior of property and conversion of existing barn to an
annexe (Full Planning Application)

TWC/2024/0866 – Admaston Farm, Bratton Road, Admaston – Erection of

TWC/2024/0869 – Land between, Castle Farm Way and A5, Priorslee –
Reserved matters application pursuant to outline planning permission
TWC/2014/0980 (Outline application for residential development of up to
1100 dwellings, a commercial/employment centre (use classes B1a, A1,
A2, A3, A4 and C3 uses) retention of existing farm shop, garden centre and
play barn, erection of a primary school, local centre (use classes A1, A2,
A3, A4, A5, C3 and D1 and D2 (community building) a retirement village,
with associated strategic landscaping, attenuation areas, opens space,
highways and other associated infrastructure with detailed approval for
access arrangements from Castle Farm Way (A4640) and Watling Street
(A5) with all other matters reserved) for the creation of an access to the
community building

TWC/2024/0870 – Northwood Hygiene Products Ltd, Stafford Park 10,
Stafford Park – Erection of a front and side office and warehouse extension
(Phase 1) and erection of front and side warehouse extension (Phase 2)
TWC/2024/0878 – 7 Severn Bank, Ironbridge – Installation of a flue

https://secure.telford.gov.uk/planning/home.aspx. Written representations can be
made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 28 December 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be
made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
