What is planned?

NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNCIL

The following applications have been submitted to North Yorkshire Council and can be viewed at www.harrogate.gov.uk/publicaccess or by appointment at the Civic Centre, St Lukes Avenue, Harrogate HG1 2AE, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, to make an appointment ring 0300 131 2 131. The Ripon City applications may also be inspected at the Town Hall, Ripon, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 12.00 noon.

Any comments should be made within 21 days and are by law open to public inspection. Comments can be submitted either via Public Access or in writing to the address above. Failure to meet the deadline may mean comments are not considered in deciding the application.

Knaresborough 22 Abbey Road – Section 73 application for Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission ZC23/04481/FUL: First floor rear extension, construction of roof terrace and front and rear window alterations to allow for alterations to approved plans. ZC24/03975/DVCON

Ripon 62 Allhallowgate – Section 73 application to include additional rendering of rear elevation and the inclusion of the cellar area in the formation of one of the dwellings through the variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission 20/04491/FUL for the “conversion of fish & chip shop and restaurant to 2 no. dwellings including replacement rear single storey extension and formation of new passageway access.” ZC24/03564/DVCON

Harrogate 4 Bower Street – Change of use of existing ground floor retail unit to provide 1no. dwelling. ZC24/03761/FUL

Ripon 62 Allhallowgate – Conversion of cellar at no.63 to utility and storage space, including removal of rotten & unsafe existing timber ground floor structure and addition of new timber floor joists, lining of cellar walls, formation of utility room with fitted worktops & cupboards, removal of existing cellar stairs, formation of stairwell and provision of new timber stairs extending repositioned existing flight from ground to first floor with revised floor layouts and provision of smaller first floor en-suite bathroom to those approved under application 20/04492/LBDEM. Part removal and replacement of passageway wall at no.62. Use of painted render to rear elevation of no.62 and passageway wall and lower rear elevation (with repairs) at no.63. Installation of horizontal sliding sash windows to rear elevation of no.62. Rear yard boundary wall to retain existing stone & cobble with addition of timber screen. ZC24/03852 /LB
