Reason for notice: Major Planning Application

Application No: 2024/01464/VARC

Application Type: Variation of Conditions

Location: Phase 4-7, Omega South, Burtonwood and Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 7XQ

Proposal: Variation of Condition No. 3 (approved plan) attached to planning permission 2019/36241 to refer to masterplan contained within the S106 Legal Agreement

Applicant: Anwyl Homes Lancashire

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice. A copy of the application may be inspected at online.warrington.gov.uk/planning. Telephone enquiries can be made to the Development Management Support Team on 01925 442819 between the hours of 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
