Proposal: Variation of Condition No. 3 (approved plan) attached to planning permission 2019/36241 to refer to masterplan contained within the S106 Legal Agreement

The council has the below proposals under consideration and is required to give notice. A copy of the application may be inspected at online.warrington.gov.uk/planning.
