PROPOSAL: Application Made in Accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations) 2017: Outline Application with all Matters Reserved Except Access for the demolition of Grange Farm and Cuttings Farm and associated buildings, and for the erection of up to 80,250sqm of employment uses in Classes B2 (general industrial) and B8 (storage and distribution) with ancillary offices and provision of supporting infrastructure including access, drainage works, landscaping and related engineering works.

 Copies of the Environmental Statement may be obtained at Council Offices, Ashfield District Council, Urban Road, Kirkby In Ashfield NG17 8DA. Please note there is a charge for printed copies which is £24.00 for a 10 working day turn around or £36 for same day (requests and payment must be received by 10am, working days only);
