part of The Old Station House residential garden to
form holiday park for 57 static chalets with erection
of new boundary fence (retrospective) and associated
works including construction of new internal access
road, private drainage system and refuse storage area
at Fangfoss Park Ling Lane Fangfoss YO41 5QB

Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
