Mae Parc Egni Aberedw Cyfyngedig wedi gwneud cais i weinidogion Llywodraeth Cymru o dan adran 38 Deddf Tir Comin 2006 am ganiatád i wneud gwaith cyfyngedig ar dir Comin Bryn Aberedw (CL46).
Bydd y gwaith arfaethedig yn cael ei wneud ar safle cyfeirnod grid 309641, 252128, 500m i’r gogledd orllewin o Nant Cwmblaenerw, 670m i’r gogledd o Nant Milo a 1.7km i’r de o Nant Colwyn a bydd yn cynnwys gosod mast monitro meteorolegol dur 122.5 metr o uchder yno dros dro. Bydd y mast yn cael ei ddiogelu gan wifrau tynnol uchel wedi’u cysylltu â 9 angor yn y ddaear. Bydd panel ffotofoltaidd i bweru’r mast yn cael ei roi wrth ei waelod wedi’i amgylchynu â ffens i atal stoc. Cyfanswm yr arwynebedd fydd yn cael ei amgáu yw 0.05ha. Cyfanswm arwynebedd y tir comin fydd yn cael ei effeithio gan y gwaith arfaethedig yw 0.96ha.

Notice ABEREDW HILLS COMMON

Aberedw Energy Park Limited has applied to the Welsh Ministers for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Aberedw Hills Common (CL46).
The proposed works will be carried out at grid reference 309641, 252128, 500m north west of Cwmblaenerw Brook, 670m north east of Milo Brook and 1.7km south of Colwyn Brook and will consist of the installation of a temporary 122.5 metre high steel meteorological monitoring mast. The mast will be secured by high tensile guy wires attached to 9 ground anchors. A photovoltaic panel to power the mast will be sited on the base of the mast and surrounded by stockproof 1.2-metre high fencing. The total area enclosed will be 0.05 ha. The total area of common land affected by the proposed works will be 0.96 ha.
A copy of the application form and map showing the proposed works can be inspected at https://aberedwenergypark.wales/ and Builth Wells Library at Antur Gwy Park Road Builth Wells Powys LD2 3BA between the hours of 09:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays, 09:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:45 on Thursdays, 10:00 to 13:00 on Fridays and 10:00 to 12:15 on Saturdays (not public holidays) until the 8 January 2025.
