Signal Park LLP has applied to The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for planning permission for Comprehensive redevelopment comprising:
Hybrid Planning Application (part full / part outline) comprising:
- Detailed Application for 336 residential units and residential ancillary (Class C3) and Commercial, Retail and Service (Class E) arranged in 4 blocks in buildings up to 16 storeys, together with access, car and cycle parking, plant rooms and associated landscaping.
- Outline application (all matters reserved except access) for a mixed-use development comprising buildings up to 96.3m (AOD) and up to 64,389 sqm (GIA) Residential (Class C3) up to 629 residential units, 123 sqm flexible Community Space (Class F1 & F2) and new public realm, landscaping and parking.
This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Copies of the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with the application may be viewed on the Council’s website (kingston.gov.uk) or inspected at the Information & Advice Centre in Guildhall 2 (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday).
