The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2024/3449 & 2024/3450 SHOTESHAM, Tudor House, The Street – New structural opening and timber framed window to outbuilding. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2024/3378 STOKE HOLY CROSS, Dormer Cottage, The Common – Front porch extension and minor internal alterations. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage

2024/3397 DISS, Cherry Tree Stables Doctors Surgery, 8A Roydon Road - Notification for prior approval for change of use and conversion of existing commercial building (class E) into 1no dwelling (class C3). Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2024/3460 REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON, 6 London Road - Replace 1x existing rotten window. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area

2024/1949 ALDEBY, Waterheath Farm, Waterheath Road - Change of use of agricultural land to dog exercise field. Erection of a 2m high fence around the perimeter. New access and parking. Reason(s): Major development

2024/3402 BERGH APTON, Land East of The Village Hall, Cookes Road - Erection of 3 no. Self/Custom Build dwellings. Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council's website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
