NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Take notice that an application is being made for planning permission for the extension, alterations and change of use from offices / retail, to a house in multiple occupation (HMO) and offices.

At 109-111 Beverley Road, Hull, HU3 1TS

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council within 21 days of the date that this notice appears in the newspaper.

“Owner” also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years. The grant of planning permission does not affect owners’ rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in a contract. The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure.
