NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of a single storey rear extension at Yew Tree Barn Brakefield Road Southfleet (Application Ref. DA/24/01336/FUL) which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Red Street Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.

2) Creation of Temporary contractors compound and temporary drop down zones around the Darent Valley Hospital site at Darent Valley Hospital Darenth Wood Road Darenth (Application Reference: DA/24/00608/FUL) - Revised information received - which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

3) Removal of the existing fascia sign and installation of 1 externally illuminated fascia sign at Shans Fishmongers And Butchers 22 High Street Dartford

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/24/01199/ADV)
