TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
24/1384/FUL/CE: 197 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, EN6 1BW. Demolition of existing buildings and erection of new affordable housing apartment block to include 13 units with associated parking and landscaping. Reason: Major Development.
24/1456/HSE/MV: 8 Elmroyd Avenue, Potters Bar, EN6 2ED. Removal of existing detached garage and erection of new detached garage with pitched roof. (Partially retrospective.) Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
