What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Co-Living residential development with associated landscaping, amenity, access, and commercial uses within Use Classes 1A (retail), Class 3 (restaurant, cafe, food and drink), Class 4 (office) and Class 11 (gym) at 100 Morrison Street, Glasgow, G5 8LN. The first public consultation event will take place on Thursday 5th December 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at the Grain Store Studios, 60 Tradeston Street, Glasgow, G5 8BH.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information and a copy of the consultation boards will be available from Iceni Projects, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW or on the project website morrisonstglasgow.co.uk. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the event or by email to 100MorrisonStreet@iceniprojects.com no later than Tuesday 24 December 2024. This is the first consultation event which is to be held in relation to the project. There will be a further opportunity to engage in the second consultation event. This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
