I give notice that Mr Stanton is applying to Blackpool Council for Planning Permission for use of first and second floors as three self-contained serviced holiday flats. Application under section 73(a) of the planning act for the variation of conditions 2 (Plans) and 5 (bed spaces) attached to planning permission 23/0649 to allow:
• Additional 8 bed spaces in Flat 1
• Additional 1 bed space in Flat 2
• Additional 2 bed spaces in Flat 3
At 35-39 Abingdon Street, Blackpool, FY1 1DH. This proposal is being publicised because it affects a conservation area. Quote Ref: 23/0629.
