Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 REF: FUL/2024/0016

Parish: Haddiscoe

Applicant: Landhaul Developments Ltd

Site: Former Quarry, Wiggs Road, Haddiscoe, Norfolk, NR14 6PH

Proposal: Partial infill with non-recyclable materials of a former quarry with the intention to restore the site to arable farmland, grassland and ecological habitats; temporary installation of weighbridge and welfare unit to facilitate this.

A planning application for the above proposal has been made to Norfolk County Council. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions on the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
