What is planned?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications
which require publication.
TWC/2024/0846 – Site of 2 Walker Street/15 & 15A Duke Street/15 Crown
Street, Wellington – Demolition of existing building and erection of a new
building, comprised of ground floor commercial unit and 2no. first and 2no.
second floor residential units
TWC/2024/0850 – 9 Chapel Road, Jackfield – Replacement of ridge and
hip tiles with clay ridge tiles and tarmacing of the driveway
TWC/2024/0854 – Site of 3 Southside, Church Hill, Ironbridge – Conversion
of former stabling undercroft/outbuilding to 1no. holiday let including the
erection of a single storey side extension (Listed Building Application)
TWC/2024/0855 – Site of Former The Wrekin Endeavour Centre, North
Road, Wellington – Erection of 40no. affordable dwellings with associated
parking and amenity space
TWC/2024/0859 – 3 Chetwynd End, Newport – Variation of condition 2 (materials) and 3 (deposited plans) of previously approved TWC/2023/0294 (Erection of a two storey detached garage and storage outbuilding with
associated works) to allow amendments to materials and approved plans
(Retrospective)
TWC/2024/0861 – The Uplands, Buildwas Road, Ironbridge – Erection of
2no. single storey front and side extensions, demolition of existing garage
and erection of 1no. garage, installation of 2no. velux roof lights following
conversion of attic to living space, creation of a roof top balcony with
installation of glazed balustrade, alterations to existing access and erection
of boundary wall and associated gates, installation of 2no. bifold doors to
front elevation and rendering of whole property

can be made on planning online or by email at
planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 19 December
2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission
in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for
applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of
this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations can
be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
