THE PROPOSALS BELOW ARE ADVERTISED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: (1) Conservation area (2) Listed Building (3) Affecting Listed Building (4) Departure

  • Variation of Condition 3 (Occupation and use restrictions on restored outbuilding) of planning permission 06/24/0133/HH, to allow The Old Lookout and Chalet outbuildings to be restored and used without restriction of future use as an annex or for visitors' accommodation incidental to the use of the main dwelling.   • Conversion and change of use of first and second floors from residential use in association with the public house, to an independent 9no. bedroom 18-person serviced large House of Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis use class). Allens Bar Public House, 2 Greyfriars Way, Great Yarmouth. Application No: 06/24/0437/CU (1,3)
  • Internal alterations to facilitate change of use from hotel to restaurant (Retrospective). The Grange Hotel, Yarmouth Road, Ormesby St Margaret W Scratby. Application No: 06/24/0770/LB (2)
  • Installation of 2no. shipping container-style food outlets for use such as: 1no. ice cream kiosk (Retail use (Class E(a)) and 1no. hot food takeaway use (sui generis class); Erection of seating area with boundary fencing and festoon lighting and associated works. Cherry Tree Holiday Park, Mill Road, Burgh Castle. Application No: 06/24/0782/F (4)
