I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

CLEY-NEXT-THE-SEA RV/24/2299 Erection of dwelling (Replacement) without compliance with condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission pf/24/0101 to amend plans to include a flue on the west elevation for wood pellet boiler and to change the roof covering material corten steel to powder coated zinc; Arcady, Holt Road, Cley-next-the-sea, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7TU for Mr & Mrs A Spiegel; Reasons: b) c)

CROMER LA/24/2326 Works associated with removal of internal linen cupboard and partition (basement level) and insertion of new door; Cromer Lighthouse, Overstrand Road, Cromer Norfolk for Mr P Hill; Reasons: e)

OVERSTRAND PF/24/2363 Part demolition of rear extension and erection of single storey rear extension to clubhouse to provide disabled WC facilities and disabled access; Overstrand Sports Club, High Street, Overstrand, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 0AB for Mrs Helen Chadwick; Reasons: c)

SIDESTRAND PF/24/2323 Demolition of selected existing buildings and redevelopment to provide a new part single/part two storey building for educational purposes (Use Class F1); new Multi Use Games Area (MUGA); refurbishment of Sidestrand Hall; replacement polytunnel; revised interna vehicular and pedestrian circulation routes (including creation of revised vehicular drop off/pick up areas for taxis and cars); areas of recreational space landscaping, drainage; parking areas (including temporary parking provision during the construction phase) and all associated works; Sidestrand Hall School Cromer Road, Sidestrand, Cromer Norfolk, NR27 0NH for Bowmer Kirkland and Department for Education; Reasons: a) c) f)

STALHAM PF/24/2294 Removal of 2.3m high wall on eastern boundary and replace with fence 1.8m high; The Drift, Bank Street, Stalham, Norwich, Norfolk NR12 9BA for Mr Christopher Hare; Reasons: c) f)

SUSTEAD PF/24/2354 First floor extension above garage, alterations to garage doors; Yew Cottage, The Street, Bessingham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR11 7JR for Mr A & L Clegg; Reasons: c)

The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public interest

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
