Medway Council as Local Planning Authority has received the following applications which are being advertised to ascertain the views of persons living near the sites and other interested parties. The proposed developments relate to one or more of the following:

2. The application relates to, or affects the setting of a Listed Building (Section 67) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990;
3. The application is for a Major Development;

MC/24/2184 - Childs Farm, Main Road, Cooling, Rochester
Reason 3 - Construction of an Agricultural Building with associated access.

MC/24/2320 - Flanders Farm, Ratcliffe Highway, Hoo St Werburgh,
Rochester
Reason 3 - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) on planning permission
MC/19/3128 to amend plan to alter the elevation and floor layout
of building known as Phase I.

MC/24/2311 - Unit 5-6 Dockside Outlet Centre, Maritime Way,
Chatham Maritime, Chatham
Reason 2 - Subdivision of existing Class E Retail unit to form two Class E
units.

MC/24/2312 - Unit 5-6 Dockside Outlet Centre, Maritime Way,
Chatham Maritime, Chatham
Reason 2 - Listed Building consent for the subdivision of existing Class E
Retail unit to form two Class E units.
