Datblygiad a gynigir yn: Alwen Forest, 5 km i’r gogledd o Cerrigydrudion

Rwyf yn hysbysu bod: RWE Renewables UK Limited

yn gwneud cais i Weinidogion Cymru am ganiatâd cynllunio mewn perthynas â Datblygiad o Arwyddocâd Cenedlaethol (DAC), sef : 

Adeiladu a gweithredu hyd at 9 tyrbin gwynt gydag uchder domen llafn uchaf o hyd at 200m a seilwaith cysylltiedig. Adeiladu cysylltiad grid o’r fferm wynt arfaethedig ac is-orsaf Scottish Power Energy Network (SPEN) yn Saron yng ngogledd Coedwig Clocaenog.

Gyda’r cais cynllunio DAC mae cais am Ganiatâd Eilaidd ar gyfer Caniatâd cynllunio o dan adran 57(1) o Ddeddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990 (mae angen caniatâd cynllunio ar gyfer datblygu) ac eithrio caniatâd cynllunio amlinellol.

Notice Under Article 18 Of Application For Planning Permission In Respect Of Development Of National Significance

Proposed development at: Alwen Forest, 5 km north of Cerrigydrudion
I give notice that: RWE Renewables UK Limited 

is applying to the Welsh Ministers for planning permission in respect of Development of National Significance (DNS) which is : 

The construction and operation of up to 9 wind turbines with a maximum blade tip height of up to 200m and associated infrastructure. Construction of a grid connection from the proposed wind farm and the Scottish Power Energy Networks (SPEN) substation at Saron in the north of Clocaenog Forest.

The DNS planning application is accompanied by a Secondary Consent application for Planning permission under section 57(1) of the Town and Country Planning 1990 Act (planning permission required for development) other than outline planning permission.

Members of the public may inspect copies of : 

• the application;

• the plans; and

• other documents associated with it
at: Conwy County Borough Council, Bangor Road, Conwy, LL32 8DU or Denbighshire County Council, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin during all reasonable hours until 14/1/2025 and, online at https://planningcasework.service.gov.wales/-and search for DNS/3214855 

THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from: the Applicant through getting in contact via alwen@rwe.com  for a charge.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application must write to the Welsh Ministers (details below) by 14/1/2025. All representations received will be published online as soon as the deadline has passed.
