SCHEDULE 23 PART V DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Stockton on Tees intends to dispose of the land described below, which form part of public open spaces:
• Land adjacent to 48 Dunmail Road, TS19 0AG, measuring 63 Square meters/81 Square Yards or thereabouts.
• Land adjacent to 29 Mitford Crescent, TS19 8UG, measuring 41 Square Metres/ 49 Square Yards or thereabouts.
• Land adjacent to Bowesfield Crescent, TS18 3BL, measuring 25,200 Square Metres/ 30,139 Square Yards or thereabouts.
• Land adjacent to Yarm Recreation Ground, TS19 9EY, measuring 342 Square Metres/ 409 Square Yards or thereabouts.
Plans identifying the land are on deposit at Stockton Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ, and may be examined there upon request at landandproperty@stockton.gov.uk
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Valuation and Property Manager, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6BJ, before Wednesday 11th December 2024.
