Land at Low Moor Side Lane, Leeds - Land to be used for Installation of an Underground Sewer Pipe
What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, that Leeds City Council intends to grant an easement over land comprising public open space to be used for the installation of an underground sewer pipe, particulars of which are set out in the Schedule below. Any person who wishes to object to the proposed easement should send written representations to Legal Services, Leeds City Council, property.and.development@leeds.gov.uk quoting Ref A76/RC/193477 no later than the 21st December 2024.
A copy of the plan showing the land concerned may be obtained on request to property.and.development@leeds.gov.uk SCHEDULE
The disposal will be by way of the granting of an easement over part of land at Low Moor Side Lane, Leeds, LS12 for the installation of an underground sewer pipe.
