LEEDS CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Leeds City Council intends:- to dispose of its interest in an area of land at Former Copperfields College Site, Cross Green Lane, Leeds, LS9 0BD which consists or forms part of an open space.
Any person who wishes to object to the proposed disposal should contact Martin Blackett by email at martin.blackett@ leeds.gov.uk (quoting reference PS-DO-0110 or by telephone at 0113 3787673) no later than the 7 December 2024.
Copies of the plan showing the area of land concerned can be provided upon request by email to property.and.development@ leeds.gov.uk or by telephone at 0113 3789057.
