b) Display of 2 no non-illuminated fascia signs at C Fewster and Son Limited Funeral Directors 2 Church Lane Patrington HU 12 0RJ (Ref: 24/02789/PAD)

c) Erection of a porch to front at Meadow View House South Newbald Road North NewbaldYO43 4SX (Ref: 24/03304/PLF)

d)Variation of Condition 1 (drainage), Condition 2 (approved plans - car park layout), Condition 5 (surface car park) and Condition 17 (surface car park levels) of planning permission 22/02012/STPLF (erection of a day surgery unit with associated development, new car parking and relocation of air ambulance helipad (part retrospective)) to allow amendments to car park layout at Castle Hill Hospital Castle Road Cottingham HU 16 5JQ (Ref: 24/03206/STVAR)

e) Erection of 2 no I .65m high brick pillars to front and a 1.0m high fence to side (retrospective) at 26 Davenport Avenue Hessle HU 13 ORP (Ref: 24/02965/PLF)

f) Display of a non-illuminated wall-mounted directional sign at Grosvenor Club 71 Walkergate Beverley HU 17 9BP (Ref: 24/03032/PAD)

g) Installation of up and over garage door to replace existing metal garage door and personnel door to side at Asclepius House 8 Market Hill Hedon HU 12 8JB (Ref: 24/03113/PLB) Proposals (b,c,e,f,g) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (g) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (g) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposal (a) affects a public right of way. Proposal (d) is a major development.
