Applications Within a Conservation Area
Change of use at first and second floor for the creation of 4no residential apartments (C3). (change of use to ground floor from a bank to retail) at 29 High Street, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1SF by Spawforths 24/1926/COU.
Retrospective application for the erection of a detached canopy structure to the side, installation of 1.5m high boundary enclosure and replacement patio. at The Old Rectory, Nelson House , Butts Lane, Egglescliffe by ELG Planning 24/1925/RET.

Notice under Article 15
This proposal is not in accordance with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated Reconfiguration of existing playing fields for the creation of a sports hub to include a pavilion building, all weather pitches, ball courts, athletics track, grass pitches, active track, hardstanding for new car parking and associated external infrastructure/landscaping at Land South Of Marsh House Avenue Northfield School Site, Marsh House Avenue, Billingham by NPS Leeds 24/1628/FUL.
In the event that an appeal is made against a decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development, and that appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited procedure under the written representations procedure, any representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council about this application will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
