What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2024/0736/CA: Single storey rear extension, velux roof lights to west elevation; reposition door to north elevation at 8 Bristol Avenue, Saltburn.

*As the above application is householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2024/0655/CA: Development of 6 houses & improvements to Saltburn House including new spire to clock tower at Saltburn House B & B, Marine Parade, Saltburn.

R/2024/0693/LB: LBC for the provision of solar panel arrays to main building, shop and kennels at Foxrush Farm, Kirkleatham Lane, Redcar.

R/2024/0696/LB: LBC for variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) to R/2022/0718/LB for proposed redevelopment of railway station including repairs/ refurbishment and the creation of 10 commercial/retail units at Redcar Central Railway Station, Station Road, Redcar.

R/2024/0701/F3M: Improvements to Chapel Beck including footpath, provision of additional lighting, external furniture, informal play features and landscaping enhancements at Chapel Beck, Including Westgate Park, Rectory Lane, Guisborough.

R/2024/0737/CA & R/2024/0738/LB: Planning & LBC for change of use from retail to hair salon including blocking up of window and installation of hardwood timber shop front at 9a-11a Market Place, Westgate, Guisborough.

R/2024/0741/CA: Re-configuration & improvements to town square layout at Marske Square, The Wynd, Marske.

R/2024/0748/CA: New timber shop front; replacement bays to front; internal shutters; replacement first floor windows at 3 Bakehouse Square, Guisborough.

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015:

R/2024/0700/F3M: Improvements to facilities within Eston Recreation Ground including new lighting, cctv, footpaths, multi sports and wheeled play provision, recreation apparatus and landscaping at Eston Recreation Ground, rear of sports centre, Trunk Road, Eston.

R/2024/0701/F3M: Improvements to Chapel Beck including footpath, provision of additional lighting, external furniture, informal play features and landscaping enhancements at Chapel Beck, Including Westgate Park, Rectory Lane, Guisoborough.

Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
