Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Lovell and Fife Council give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for:

“Residential development with associated infrastructure” at Land to west of Sanderling Way, Dunfermline.

A public exhibition will take place on Wednesday 27th November 2024 from 2:30pm-6:30pm at Carnegie Conference Centre, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, KY11 8DY.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event or by writing / emailing to EMA Architects by Friday 13th December 2024.

Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to Fife Council. When a planning application is subsequently made, there will be an opportunity to make formal representations directly to Fife Council during the statutory notification period.
