What is planned?

Laister Planning LTD, on behalf of Largo Leisure Holidays, intend to submit a planning application for the Change of use of land to form extension to existing holiday park comprising siting of holiday/ staff accommodation units, covered event space, classroom, landscaping and associated operational development at Loch Tay Highland Lodges, Killin, FK21 8TY. Grid Reference: X 261410, Y 735988.

Pre-application community consultation is a statutory requirement for all major applications, and is intended to add value at the start of the development management process. This consultation is being carried out in accordance with sections 35A and 35B of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended), as well as sections 4-7 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) 
Regulation 2013.

Consultation events will take place between 11am - 8pm on the 29th November 2024 and 13th January 2025 at The Restaurant, Cruachan Farm Caravan Park, Killin, FK21 8TL, Grid Reference: X 261009, Y 735759. These drop in events are open to all.

All comments made to the applicant are not representations to the Local Planning Authority and there will be an opportunity to make representations on any resultant planning application to the Local Planning Authority.
