Hampshire County Council has received the following applications for planning permission for:

2. Installation of a new oil storage tank at Weston Common, Humbly Grove Oilfield

3. Variation of Conditions 2 (Hours of working) and 3 (Restoration) of Planning Permission 17/00289/CMA

4. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 17/01340/HCC

5. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 17/01917/CMA

6. Variation of Conditions 9 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) and 14 (Noise monitoring procedure) of Planning Permission BDB/55931

7. Variation of Conditions 2 (Removal of the gas turbine electrical generator units), 3 (Noise suppression scheme) and 6 (External wall paint colour) of Planning Permission BDB48339

8. Variation of Conditions 1 (Exportation of oil by tanker) and 17 (Removal of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) of Planning Permission 26326/014

9. Variation of Conditions 2 (External materials) and 3 (Cessation of the use and removal of post control building) of Planning Permission BDB/68298

10. Variation of Conditions 2 (Retention of plant, buildings, structures, hard standings and haul roads) and 11 (Vehicular parking and turning) of Planning Permission 11/01156/CMA

11. Variation of Conditions 26 (Restoration), 2 (Siting, design, external appearance and access to above ground structures, discharged on 14.04.2005), Condition 21 (noise monitoring scheme, discharged on 14.04.2005) and the removal of discharged pre-commencement Conditions

1 (Submission of method of working), 23 and 24 (Bat investigation) and 25 (Written archaeological scheme of investigation) of Planning Permission RFBZ/001/0031C.

The applications are accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The proposed development affects public right of way.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, as a four-volume set, are available at a cost of £200 by writing to Axis, Well House Barns, Chester Road, Chester, CH4 0DH. Alternatively, the Non-Technical Summary (NTS) can be purchased on its own from the same point of contact for £15, with the entire Environmental Statement available for purchase on a CD for £10 The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 3 January 2025. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation.
