Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: St Josephs Convent Of Mercy, Hillside Drive, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1NY.

Take notice that application is being made by: The Sisters of Mercy, Gravesend, Sister, Anne O’Connell.For planning permission to: Change of use of surplus convent buildings Hillside and Rydal into two 6-bedroom townhouses; replacing existing single-storey extensions to the west with a 2-bedroom attached bungalow. Works incl. reorganising convent car park, alts. to create new front entrance to Rydal, add two single-storey bays to rear elevation, dividing up existing garden, & forming new rear driveway to access the gardens to the rear.

Gravesham Borough Council, Civic Centre, Windmill St, Gravesend DA12 1AU
