What is planned?

The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

• 2024/0710/FUL: Land At 25 Nettleham Road: Erection of 1 two storey dwelling.

• 2024/0724/LBC: Judges Lodgings, Castle Hill: External repair works including repointing, repairs/ replacement of damaged bricks, installation of helibars, resetting of stone and coping, repairs to sills, removal of render, increasing height of window opening and rebuilding of bay window/doorway. Internal repair works including removal of areas plaster for inspection, repairs to cracks, installation of helibars and replacement lintels and arch supports. (Listed Building Consent).

• 2024/0725/LBC: Judges Lodgings, Castle Hill: Installation of interior fixtures and decoration including flooring, skirting, panelling, cornices, radiators, bathrooms, ironmongery, lighting and sockets. (Listed Building Consent).

• 2024/0743/FUL: Lincoln Mosque, Orchard Street: Extension and alteration to front elevation.

• 2024/0754/FUL: John O Gaunt House, Gaunt Street: Conversion of 1no. 4 bed flat to 2no. 1 bed flats (Retrospective)

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
