NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land to the Rear of the Former Green Man Pub, High Street, Widford, Herts, SG12 8SR.
I give notice that Green Man Property Investments Ltd are applying to East Herts Council for planning permission for the change of use of land previously used as pub garden and the construction of a new bungalow with associated access, car parking and amenity space.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to East Herts Council at Wallfields, Pegs Lane, Hertford, SG13 8EQ by 12th December 2024.

This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
