NYM/2024/0792, Mr Nigel Pulling, The Wheatsheaf Cottage, Eaton, Listed Building consent for removal of internal door in pantry wall and blocking up of opening.
Affects a Conservation Area: NYM/2024/0771, Ms Michelle Bee, Amadys, Church Lane, Thornton le Dale, demolition of wall and creation of pedestrian access with gate (part retrospective);
NYM/2024/0767, Mr Peter Bryan, Appleton House, Headlands Road, Appleton le Moors, demolition of existing sun room and construction of replacement oak framed orangery.
Affects a Listed Building and a Conservation Area: NYM/2024/0799, Mr Tom Heathcote, Cherry Tree Farm, High Street, Lockton, Listed Building consent for erection of replacement and new section of metal 'estate style' fencing.
