Cadzow Street - Planning Application For Development Management Procedure
What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by The Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Major development comprising proposed new residential with associated landscaping, access, parking and other works at the former University of West of Scotland and adjacent land, Almada Street, Hamilton.
A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 3rd December between 2pm and 7pm at The Hamilton Townhouse Library, Cadzow Street, Hamilton.
During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to South Lanarkshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to South Lanarkshire Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
