by Gower Chemicals Ltd. LS25 6ES.
The hazardous substance authority
(North Yorkshire Council) will decide
whether or not to grant consent, and if to
grant, will decide on which conditions to
grant.

North Yorkshire Council will ensure a
copy of the application is available for
inspection at its offices during the 21 day
period after the application is received,
