Proposal: T3 - Monterey Cypress: tip reduce all extending limbs by 2-3m to suitable growth points, Maximum Diameter of Cuts 50-75mm. Remove major hazardous deadwood and any other damaged limbs.

Rationale: This fine mature specimen has had multiple limb failures in recent years, the long extending limbs are now dangerously exposed to wind exposure. Tip reducing the limbs is necessary to reduce the leverage and sail to prevent further limb loss. Therefore these works are proposed as part of the reasonable maintenance and are arboriculturally appropriate.
