LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS)
ACT AND REGULATIONS 1990 (Notices under Article 15, sections 67/73 or Regulation 5 as appropriate.)
I give notice of the receipt of the following applications:-
83 BASTON ROAD HAYES BROMLEY BR2 7BS - (24/04019) Applicant: Mr Charles Wimble
Proposal: Change of use from Use Class E (pre-school) to Use Class C3 to form two residential units, with associated works including the removal of the garden room and alterations to windows and doors
95 CUDHAM LANE NORTH ORPINGTON BR6 6BY - (24/03976)* Applicant: Dave & Meredith Baptiste
Proposal: Addition of rooflights to both side elevations, skylight to rear extension and elevational alterations.
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated.
*As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
