NOTICE is hereby given that Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council intends to
dispose of land known as Oakley Park, Oakley, Honiley, Kenilworth CV8 1QE, having a total area of approximately 788 square metres, which consists or forms part of an open space.

The disposal will be by way of the grant of a lease to Balsall Parish Council for a term of 21 years, for use as public open space.
