App No: 24/0875 – Listed building consent for alteration and conversion/change of use at first floor to turn previously converted office space back into 27 bedrooms for use ancillary to the hotel at The Queens Hotel, 19 Bridge Street.

App No: 24/0879 – Conservation area consent for the removal of petrol filling station canopy at Hanbury Garage Hand Car Wash, Uskside, Caerleon.
