What is planned?

Public Notice In accordance with Regulation 20 of the The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017

Prologic Services Ltd declare that an application is being made for planning permission to East Suffolk Council, the Local Planning Authority. The application was made on 23/07/2023. The site address is Land South of Felixstowe Road Stratton Hall, Suffolk. The proposal is for: Outline Application (Some Matters Reserved) - Construction of lorry park comprising 69 no. lorry parking spaces inclusive of ancillary office driver's building staff parking landscaping and associated CCTV and lighting apparatus (with access and layout).

A copy of the application for planning permission including accompanying documents, and a copy of the environmental statement can be obtained from East Suffolk Council, East Suffolk House, Station Road, Melton, Woodbridge, IP12 1RT, or the applicant's agent Wilkinson Planning Ltd, Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1JA. Documents may be inspected by members of the public at all reasonable hours. The documents may also be inspected on site positioned at what3words point: ///negotiators.systems.shades. The documents are also available to view online at www.eastsuffolk.gov.uk via planning reference DC/23/2930/OUT. The documents will be available for no less than 30 days.

Any person(s) wishing to make representations about the application should make them in writing before the latest date named in DC/23/2930/OUT. Representations should be sent to East Suffolk Council or Wilkinson Planning.
