Harry Barker Properties Ltd has made five applications for planning permission at the former Greenscoe Quarry, Askam-in-Furness, LA16 7HE. > Section 73 applications to remove temporary time limits on existing construction waste recycling operations (Refs. 6/24/9006, 6/24/9007, 6/24/9008 & 6/24/9009) > Retrospective application under Section 73A for improvements to access road with associated landscaping (Ref. 6/24/9010).
The applications can be inspected at planning.cumbria.gov.uk or at Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow-in-Furness. Representations must be made via planning.cumbria.gov.uk or sent to: Waste Planning, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, LA9 4DQ by 10 December 2024.
